Every client wallet, every move

Untangle busy wallets

Filters, search, bulk recategorizing and keyboard shortcuts turn a long transaction list into a short one.

Accuracy you can show

Each event carries its classification, its price source and the lots it used. The audit report lists all of it, line by line.

Guided review

Review gathers nonce gaps, balance differences, unknown transfers and missing prices, and gives each one a way to fix it.

What accountants get

Tools built on the PONSUM registry, where every grant and anchor is a public record.

A client grants your wallet access from their own workspace. The grant is an onchain record, and they can take it back at any time.

Frequently asked questions

Access, plans and reports for the people doing the books.

In Settings, the client adds your wallet address as their accountant. Their wallet sends one transaction to the PONSUM registry, so the grant is public and does not depend on any account or password.

Connect the wallet the client granted and open Clients. It lists every workspace that gave that wallet access, read from the registry's events, and opens each one read-only.

A client workspace opens from public chain data. Categories, prices and notes a client changed live in their own browser, so ask for a workspace export if they made edits you need.

Yes. Grants and the Clients view cost nothing. Report downloads and anchoring need an active plan on the client's workspace, which either of you can pay for.

Yes, while your wallet has access and the client's plan is active. The anchor stores the report ID, tax year, country, method and transaction count, and records your wallet as the one that anchored it.

Summary, capital gains, income, expenses, audit, holdings, transactions, tax-loss harvesting and a generic CSV. For US clients there are Form 8949 and Schedule D CSV layouts too.

Each report covers one tax year, one country and one cost basis method, using that country's tax year dates. Change any of the three and you get a new report with a new ID.

The client turns the grant off in Settings, which sends one more transaction. Your wallet stops being able to anchor for that workspace straight away.

Never. PONSUM does not ask for private keys or seed phrases from anyone. Access is an onchain grant to your address, and the wallet data itself is already public on Robinhood Chain.

No. PONSUM is software, not tax advice. Check your local rules or ask an accountant. Your professional judgement stays yours: the reports show their workings so you can review them.
